“What my soul sees cannot be conceived by any thought nor expressed in words. I see nothing, and I see it all. The more infinite Good is seen in the darkness, the more certain it is and the more it exceeds all things else.” -Saint Angela of Foligno, Book of visions and instructions I have an incredible story to tell, and as my finger crosses the soft surface of my third scroll, I realize why this story must be told. It occurs during extraordinary times between two worlds that have grown complacent about God. Perhaps that’s why Azrael and I were positioned to meet, as God has a sense of humor and an exquisite sense of irony. A rebellion brewing on heaven and earth, made worse by doubt about whether we even need each other. As both realms wrestle with the ‘yes, no, and maybe’s,’ the four horsemen saddle up. Stay with me here because redemption is always worth it, especially when it comes to the salvation of two profoundly broken beings, one who has been transformed into the bringer of death and the collector of souls. A being who has hidden from his disfigurement and refuses to look any “further in fear of what he might see. And then there’s me, a middle-aged breast cancer survivor who, until I met him, could barely find the will to live outside of work, much less find the courage to look at myself in the mirror. Despite all that baggage, Azrael and I find each other twice. Within our bond, we find the courage to believe in one another and look beyond outward appearances to the souls beneath. Our unlikely friendship and later love will give hope and proof to both heaven & earth that we need each other to flourish, even if those opposed to our message seek to devastate everything we hold dear. Our journey will nearly destroy us but will lead us to a place where our battle for the partnership between angels and mankind will outweigh our struggles, allowing us to find a cause much more significant than our own lives. Along the way, we find like minds and souls that will join us on our quest.” Excerpt From One Day Closer to Death Jen Rinaldi https://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewBook?id=0 This material may be protected by copyright.

Valen Cursed by Zeus to never know love again, Valen has brought up barriers around his heart to protect it, but with each new barrier he creates, the dark hold his power has over him grows, becoming all he needs. In the first part of 'Apocalypse, Remote Vision' we have observed the points that deal with what is related to the 'Great Tribulation' that our world will live and even the elect and faithful (so that with this many may be perfected, and likewise many other lukewarm awaken ). I have told you that the basis of these two "end-world" books is intuition, premonition, visions, revelations, dreams, extrasensory perception and remote viewing regarding things to come, and I have chosen many topics that I have been able to compare and link with each other. There are other popular people who have seen remarkable things, but some of them are not the subject that I am dealing with here at the moment, or they are not entirely clear. There are others from which data can be taken with tweezers, as is the case of Mrs. 'Baba Vanga', a Bulgarian citizen who predicted many things in her time. She is said to have given specific dates for future events, but the times and sequences attributed to the events predicted by her are exaggerated and mixed up in their temporal location. Baba Vanga would have died on August 11, 1996, at the age of 85, and the only allusion that seems coherent that he gave for just after his death is the one that defines that by 2018 the nation of China would become the new power world. Even so, we will see that this will not be exactly the case, despite the fact that it is now the global economic power - and perhaps the second or third military power on our planet. If we remove the dates that he is supposed to have mentioned, and simply refer to his warnings, then we do have logical citations and which coincide with a host of other prophecies. Vanga is said to have prophesied that after China became the world power, the subsequent thing would be that the Earth's orbit would change slightly; I would also have argued that then Europe would have serious demographic problems, that hunger would slowly become a problem for humanity, that there would be polar melting and strong sea level rise, and the like. It is also said that he warned that later the world economy would improve remarkably while in Europe the Muslims dominate. We already know that this has to do with the new currency and the Islamic invasion, but Vanga adds something strange...

This book reveals what you always wanted to know about the issues of life, death and the afterlife. Supported by Scriptures, it reveals shocking truths about heaven, hell and your birthright blessing. There're four components to Gods birthright (covenant) blessing which are His (1) word blessing, (2) peace blessing, (3) wealth blessing, and (4) eternal life blessing. God set this inheritance aside for you before you were born. There's enough abundance in your birthright blessing to fulfill every need you have. It entitles you to dwell in a land of utopia whereby your peace, health, friendships, quality of life, holiness and well being are absolutely perfect. Speaking of the good life, it doesn't get any better than this. This book shows that (1) you have a personal calling on your life (youre created for a purpose), and (2) your racial group has a calling to fulfill. You need to know your personal and racial callings, for they are eternal. Before you can appreciate what God has in store for you, you need to know who you are (the real you that God created you to be). This book reveals the real you. This book also confirms the reality and location of heaven and the materials saints new bodies will be made of. It shows what saints do in Paradise now and forevermore. You'll be delighted and pleasantly surprised to know your heavenly activities. This book reveals (1) where Hades is located (the temporary abode of sinners called the region of disembodied spirits), (2) where the permanent place of torment is located called the eternal lake of fire, and (3) the cursed materials sinners bodies will consist of. In hell, sinners' bodies will burn to ashes and be recycled to burn all over again. God's Scriptures confirm these truths.

This book explores the motif of the spiritual journey and its evolution in Western literature. A spiritual journey can be broadly defined as a search for the divine. Such a search can occur either internally as a psychological process or in some cases may involve an actual geographic journey. Spiritual journeys can be conducted by individuals or groups. In exploring this topic, various kinds of texts will be reviewed, including autobiographies, novels, and short stories, as well as myths, folktales, and mystical writings. The book classifies spiritual journey narratives into four categories: theological journeys, mystical journeys, mythopoetic journeys and allegorical journeys. Representative texts have been selected in the history of Western religious literature that illustrate the basic features of each of these four categories.

In all six of its volumes The Broadview Anthology of British Literature presents British literature in a truly distinctive light. Fully grounded in sound literary and historical scholarship, the anthology takes a fresh approach to many canonical authors, and includes a wide selection of work by lesser-known writers. The anthology also provides wide-ranging coverage of the worldwide connections of British literature, and it pays attention throughout to issues of race, gender, class, and sexual orientation. It includes comprehensive introductions to each period, providing in each case an overview of the historical and cultural as well as the literary background. It features accessible and engaging headnotes for all authors, extensive explanatory annotations throughout, and an unparalleled number of illustrations and contextual materials, offering additional perspectives both on individual texts and on larger social and cultural developments. Innovative, authoritative, and comprehensive, The Broadview Anthology of British Literature embodies a consistently fresh approach to the study of literature and literary history. The full Broadview Anthology of British Literature comprises six bound volumes, together with an extensive website component; the latter has been edited, annotated, and designed according to the same high standards as the bound book component of the anthology, and is accessible through the broadviewpress.come website by using the passcode obtained with the purchase of one or more of the bound volumes. Highlights of Volume 6: The Twentieth Century and Beyond include: Joseph Conrad’s “The Secret Sharer,” “An Outpost of Progress,” an essay on the Titanic, and a substantial range of background materials, including documents on the exploitation of central Africa that set “An Outpost of Progress” in vivid context; and a large selection of late twentieth and early twenty-first century writers such as Ian McEwan, Kazuo Ishiguro, and Zadie Smith. For the convenience of those whose focus does not extend to the full period covered in the Volume 6: The Twentieth Century and Beyond, that volume is now available either in its original one-volume format or in this alternative two-volume format, with Volume 6a (The Early Twentieth Century) extending to the end of WWII, and Volume 6b (The Late Twentieth Century and Beyond) covering from WWII into the present century. Please see the Volume 6 Table of Contents for the exact location of the split.
